Tax, Shipping & Handling Cost
The amount of sales tax, shipping and handling added to your order depends on where you live as well as on which products you purchase. Once you finished shopping on the 4UDepot, click on Checkout. We will ask you to provide a
shipping address, select a shipping method and click "Continue"
button. At that time, you will see a subtotal for your order, along with the estimated applicable tax and shipping and handling charges. If the amount is acceptable you can continue through the checkout process to place you order.
Otherwise, you can easily exit the checkout process at this stage. In addition, if you want to know the rates for different shipping methods, you can simply click "Back" button of your browser and select the shipping method you want; then click "Continue" button and you will see the shipping and handling charges for that method.
PLEASE NOTE:
1. 6% Sales tax applies to NJ residents.
2. If a customer provides an incorrect address or requests an address change after the package has been shipped out of the store, the shipping carrier may correct extra shipping charge. The customer should be responsible for the extra shipping charge(s).
Return policy
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the invoice date.
If you are aware of any physical damage(s) on the products while receiving your order, you have to report to us by phone or email withing 24 hours. We will contact our shipper for filing damage report and arrange a replacement for you.
Customer must assume the responsibity for the product damages if they don't report to us after opening the product package boxes or bags.
For exchange defective product:
-Customers have to acquire a Return Authorization Number from 4UDepot and provide product serial number and the defective reasons.
-Customers are responsible to ship back the products to 4UDepot at customers' expenses.
-All returns will be inspected by 4UDepot. If the product is
a manufacturing defect, 4UDepot will either replace or repair it and will ship back to customer at 4UDepot expenses.
-Customers requiring a cross-shipment* of a defective product. The customers credit card will be authorized a second time for cross-shipment, but will not be charged unless 4UDepot has not received the return merchandise within 15 Days of the authorization.
*Cross-shipment means that customers who report a defect item and require 4UDepot
to ship a new one to them first.
For refund non-defective product:
-Customers have to acquire a Return Authorization Number from 4UDepot and provide product series number.
-Customers are responsible to ship back the products to 4UDepot at customers' expense.
-All returned products must be factory sealed.
-All returns will be inspected by 4UDepot prior to any credits being issued.
-4UDepot will assess a 15% restocking fee on product returns plus applicable fees for missing materials, manuals, and accessories.
-You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

When you place an order for delivery, you will receive confirmation of your order via email once your order has been processed. The confirmation will include the expected delivery date, your shipping address, your order number and

3 Why is sales tax added to my order?
We charge sales tax on orders, based on the destination of the order, in accordance with state and local tax laws. 4UDepot has a business "presence" in each of the 48 states where we ship orders. Therefore,
we are required to charge sales tax based on the tax laws of that state.Go

4 I'm a nontaxable customer. Will there be tax on my bill?
If you are an existing customer and have a tax exempt Customer ID, you must make sure to enter it on your registration. When your order is processed, your
customer number will be used and you will not be charged tax.
If you are a NEW nontaxable customer please send email to us and attach your tax certificate to support@4udepot.com. Include your telephone number and order number if applicable.

5 Can I add or delete items from my order?
Once your order is transmitted to our warehouse, it is processed very quickly and shipped out immediately. If you want to change your order, please let us know as soon as possible, by sending email to support@4udepot.com. We will check the status of your order and attempt to make the necessary changes.
If your order has already been transmitted to our warehouse for shipping, we will not be able to make changes to the order and it will ship as is. The call center associate will be able to assist you by placing a return or an additional order. If you cannot call us, please send us an email and we will make the necessary adjustments as noted above.Go

6 How will I know whether or not my order has been approved for credit and shipped?
Most orders are approved for credit. If there are any problems our credit department will attempt to get approval from your credit card provider first, without bothering you with a phone call. Otherwise, the credit department will

9 Do I have to wait at home all day for my delivery?
The UPS driver's delivery time is different in different areas so it is difficult to determine the exact time your order will be delivered. For your security and protection, it is best to have someone available to sign for your
order during the hours of 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
