Besides online orders, we gladly accept orders by fax, phone, and email.

All orders are limited to Money Order and major credit cards (Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express).

Pre-Payment
We accept cashier's checks or money orders. Simply place an online order by choosing the "Prepaid" payment option, then mail your cashier's check or money order with a printed copy of your order confirmation page to:
